How it works
The base effective rate is the monthly fee divided by the included hours. When expected usage exceeds included hours, the estimator multiplies the extra hours by the overage rate and adds that charge to the retainer fee. If your contract does not bill overages, set the overage rate to zero.
This estimate assumes the entered overage rate applies to all hours above the included allowance. Confirm billing rules and scope limits in your client agreement.
